    Are the bits of wood in the installation kit pressure treated? Don't look like it. Also all those winging about H&SE falling etc if you watched the vid closely. 1) you may learn something. 2) at 0:38 you missed a scaffold guard rail suggesting there was scaffold to eves level.

    Job well done but as MrColakid11 points out what if you was to have fallen? Safety harnesses should have been worn or safety mats/nets put in place. I would consider removing the post as it could jeopardize your company mate.
