It's great that you have a loving marriage, regardless of race, because even that is hard to come by these days. Some people marry who they love despite of racial differences. Others love and marry because they are attracted to a racial difference. Even within the black community, lighter skinned women are often attracted to darker skinned men (or vice versa). With whites, I think it is rare to see a blond woman with a blond man, even. So deep inside, we all seem to like differences.

Interracial relationships are cool. Its that a lot of black women get into IR for the wrong reasons. most have a insecurity about themselves, their skin-color, and ethnic features, where they feel they need to live vicariously through their children.
