@SuzanneBa In India, Gulkand is consumed by itself to cool down the body in tough summer heat. It has refreshing and cooling properties.
U could freely use it the way u like too: like a jam over bread, as a dessert, topping for desserts etc etc.

It is used to cool down the bosy. You can mix it with milk or can use as a dessert topping!
