Somali Pirates Release Mongolian-flagged Bulk Carrier

Somali pirates have released a Mongolian-flagged bulk carrier they seized off the coast of Oman in January after receiving a ransom, pirates and a maritime monitoring group said. USNS Spearhead, the first of Navy's joint high-speed vessels designed for rapid intra-theater transport of troops and military equipment, was christened Sept. 17 during a ceremony at Austal USA in Mobile, Ala.
