Gobekli Tepe ( Kurdish: Girê Navokê)
Kurdistan - The Land of humanity
Kurds in the oldest government in the Middle East. Proto-Kurds from 10,000 BC to Mesopotamia, in the Zagros and Taurus Mountains, between the Euphrates and Tigris, which lived in the region
Kurdish (Median / medes) area was home to many civilizations. These civilizations, Sumer, Akkad, Babylon, Assyria, the Persians and Byzantines. Today, these peoples, cultures, religions and sects of the Armenians, Assyrians and Chaldeans life.
The first religion of the Kurds zarathustra. Prophet Zarathustra BC, 660 years in the town of Urmia was born in Kurdistan and the Zend Avesta book was written in 600 BC. Many religions and faith-based land was Mesopotamia.

Kurdistan largest and most important rivers: the Tigris, Euphrates, Zap, macaws..The most important mountains of Kurdistan: Ararat (Heavy), Cilo, CUDI û Zagros..The Kurds are beside the Arabs, Persern and Armenians one of the oldest peoples of the region. The country populated by them is gennant Kurdistan. The Kurds have its own language, Kurdish. Kurdish belongs to the indo European language family and belongs beside the Persian one, Afghan one and Beludi to the group of the Iranian languages. With Arabic and the Turkish one Kurdish is not related. The Kurds are one of the oldest cultural peoples of the earth. Already more than four thousand years ago they were mentioned in sumerischen texts. In the antiquity could do one it under different names in which way the name „Kurd finally developed, about it argue the scholars until today. The Greeks called it Kurdons, the Assyrer called it Kardo and for the Armenians were it Kordoin.Der name Kurdistan emerge for the first time for the area between Aserbeidschan, Luristan and the western Zagros with the Seldjuken....Unnoticed by the remainder of the world in southeast Anatolia a miracle was discovered: The oldest cult place of the world - far older as that so far than oldest city acted Jericho - offers marvelous animal sculptures. How does that fit that old-stone-temporal hunters and collecting tank stand on such high cultural Entwicklungsstufe?

That is anyhow fact - and Sitchin describes: The Mesopotamia was destroyed and uninhabitable by the Sintflut. The survivors settled on the surrounding heights. Enlil hands over to humans of the Sintflut of devices and grains the survivors. In the high country the agriculture begins. The OLDEST TEMPLE of the world continues to increase and more enormous. In the last excavation campaign Dr. Klaus Schmidt opened and its German and Kurdish aide in Ostanatolien of 11 new giant columns. Altogether there is now 36. All measure over three meters - with two exceptions: These columns will be meters high five, if they are completely excavated. Thus they are as large as the Monolithe of Stonehenge - only the Kalksteinkolosse is 6000 years older in the eastTurkish mountain country. Before 11,000 years, at the end the paleolithic age, created hunters and collecting tanks on the Göbekli Tepe („Nabelberg") a complex cult center, to that it to today no comparison gives (picture of the science 1/2002, „the house of the Füchse"). The Prähistoriker of the German archaeological institute opened several round and right-angled area with up to 15 meters of diameters - a monumental architecture, which primitiven" scientists „; Stone time companies so far not to grant wanted.

The sensation however are the t-shaped columns, which were gepickelt at the piece from the limestone of the ridge and set up on planed Terrazzoböden. They are open or are merged in the brick-work, half are decorated with animal reliefs: with foxes, lions, bulls, ducks, Keilern and queues. Since the last campaign additionally gazellenartige Onagaer and two Kraniche before representative water populate the stone zoo. A newly excavated area goes up to 4 meters into the depth and has the gigantic inside diameter of 20 meters. In this „plant C" concentrate themselves on the columns the representations of wild pigs. Schmidt: „People acted here, which a special preference for Keiler hatten." So far foxes emerged most frequently.
To explain Schmidt knows the wild pig crowding just as little as - likewise unique - the pictograms on the columns. Probably always it remains puzzling why the Steinzeitler filled up its temple carefully. Schmidt owes the secured dating of its building of miracles to this circumstance: With a geochemical method the sintering of the stones can be determined temporally. Those used only, when the brick-work was covered, thus after the plant had been filled up.
