these aren't that hard.

never seen the Crane pose done with straight arms. Normally I can hold it for several minutes but the point of this vid clip is to show the viewer that you can take it into a handstand...didn't want to bore them by holding it too long

the crane pose needs to be with straight arms not bent and held for 10 seconds to a minute.

that is a crow ... not a crane...
What's up with that?
calls into question anything else you might demonstrate

sorry: "Now hear this: Please retitle this video, 'CROW pose to handstand'. Thank you and I sincerely apologize to all yoga experts I have offended." Peace out.

The planche is a static hold in which you hold a pushup position with your legs off the ground. Hand placement should be on the around the hip area on the ground. Gymnists use it for conditioning (as well as the planch pushup)

Yes I have tried this pose a few times it is a great challenge & workout - I will continue to incorporate it into my basic yoga I do! I do much plank-to-pop-up for my surfing, this will help!

Pretty Cool, hey I was just wondering can you do a planche?

I think I can do a plank-pose?! Let me research the proper form to make sure and practice! Gotta love yoga, though it is not my primary form of training:)
