The bowl diagram was really stupid, it shows how the US media is trying to badly portray the Nouvelle Orleans area. Its sad ... and wouldn't the walls have to be pretty high if the flood waters from the storm in the canals are sucked out and pumped to the other side of the wall ... they could have thought much longer about this instead of just rushing through it like they are, and have for more than a century now :\
