What do you do for B12? I've watched vids here of people reporting that they ran into serious issues after an extended period as vegans - like 15 to 20 yrs. The usual accusations I see against them is that they weren't doing it right but many of these people after so many yrs are actually experts at veganism and even know more about the diet and what to supplement than their accusers many of whom haven’t been on it that long.
