I smoked for 30 years...now I am in pain, and have difficulty breathing. Really, a silly foolish thing to do to oneself past the age of 35.

its hard not to cause all my friends do it and its tempting for me to .. mabey i will not go out the back of the school anymore were they all smoke .. ill just stay inside and go to the shop and the locker and not out the back :D this video prob saved a few years of my life :) thanks dude

after 7 years your lungs are tar free. they forget to tell you that lol. every year halfs the chance of lung cancer or any type of cancer. ageing slows and your body returns to some, but not most normailty.
after smokeing, exercising (making your lungs work) help masivly to geting health better. smoke when your young.. dont say youve never tried it. most of these campains are horse shit but there go :)
