  • Hey man I got another question. How do I bring up Boom and all the other virtual instruments? Don't they call them VST's? I don't have a keyboard yet but I'm gonna get one. I was thinking about that Axiom 61 Pro. Is it a good one or do I need 88 keys. In that case is M-Audio 88 a good keyboard? Your vidz are good. You explain stuff really well.

  • @MrStratocaster19 Thanksalot fam.Im gonna make a video on how to open up vsts soon. The axiom 61 is great especially for people on a budget. You will have to transpose when playing but it gets the job done. Now if you have the budget to get the 88 keys go for it.Having all the keys available while playing eases your work flow alot. Both very good midi keyboards

  • Hey great video first of all, this is the only video that actually breaks down PT9 for absolute newusers, like myself. So after watching this and going through what you did my next question is how do begin using the samples and drums that are in the system? Get what im sayin?

  • @swiftballr thanks you.Well you can go to file import and import the stock drum samples that came with Pro Tools.Just go to where ever you saved it

  • I got a question. I just bought and installed PT9 MP. It had 2 DVD's with it and the iLOK and M-Audio Fast Track Pro Interface. One of the DVD's was "Audio Loops and Sound but when I put it in it doesn't install. There is no option to install. It just sits there. So can you tell me the correct path where I should copy these folders to. Also, I don't have any sound . Thanks.

  • @MrStratocaster1949 ok fam you can drag you loops and sounds to any folder you want,You will just have to go to file import to load them into pro tools. If you have no sound make sure you have the correct Audio Driver for your sound card(Mbox or Digi Rack).Go to Avid.com and download the up to date driver. That can be your problem
