I think he was thinking about killing himself due to some coded wording in that interview.

@leicestergirl63 ok, drugs were the reason he was depressed, but i think that phone call is what ultimately pushed him, but I do agree with you, he was depressed over not being able to see his daughter cuz of that custody battle.......its just that he had said earlier at some point that he didnt want to live to be 40...hehee! so thats why i wonder.......he didnt want to age
