I don't recall the facts on this jump.. was it a low pull? or did he have a malfunction of some kind? I see the slider up at the time of impact... did he have a hung up slider? or just hum it down too low?

@mmichaeldonavon there's no way you can be a skydiver and not be able to see the reasoning behind BASE. a C or D license holder has to pull at 2k if they want to obey the rules of USPA. BASE jumping is 100% legal. trespassing, however, is not.
