I put up a video of my pour of Aussie Pale Ale after 3 weeks. Apologies for blurry video, going to make a better one in the next few days. It's a great kit.

I just finished mt first brew of this kit (Aussie Pale Ale). Been in bottle for 3 weeks and tastes great already. Has great head retention. Like you I followed recipe (Kit + Coopers Brew Enhancer 2). Was thinking I would make again, but add an additional 500gm light dry malt extract and some cascade hops.

@tubedinoz nice work mate, well worth playing around with the hops and the way you add them whether dry hopping or boiling. There are lots of different hops on the market, good fun seeing the results.

I usually brew it for 2 weeks and a minimum of 2 weeks in the bottle and then let it mature, but sometimes itry one after about 10 tens just to make sure its ok :)

Awesome! Looks great. Was this the Coopers Australian Pale Ale? Did you follow the recommended recipe (ie. 1kg brew enhancer 2) or did you add other fermentables? I'm going to brew this kit in a couple of weeks as my first homebrew, so just looking for ideas.

@jdl106 Yes it was the Coopers Australian Pale ale. The recommended recipe was followed. But i also Boiled 25gms of Golding hops for 5 mins then strained them into the fermentor. This came out as a nice beer. I still am ageing a few bottles.
Good luck with your first brew.
