This is my level 10 compulsory routine for trampoline. Please give me any tips on how I can make this better. Thanks and Enjoy!

  • Your routine would be ended on the first skill. The first skill in the compolsery level 10 routine needs to be done in the straight position.

  • Your whole body needs to be tighter. Make sure your arms never bend. Oh and after your tuck, lineout, lift, Dont fling your body too much on the barani, you need more lift. other than that. It is very good! (: x

  • work on your positions (especially pike) and just holding the line into the trampoline, other than that it was pretty good

  • keep your legs straight. but that was good.

  • ur arm are bent ..they need to be tight and down by ur side

  • that was awesome!
