@scutworker They do flicker but not like in the video, it just happens too fast for the human eye to detect.

Most work places involve being indoors for extended amounts of time unless you are lucky enough to have a job that involves being outside.
In any event I'd murder my own grandma for an office job.

I have worked in both environments. in an office not seeing sunlight for 8 hours and manual labour for an environmental agency. Im sure it was not as tough as a foundry, but either way i preferred it because there was a feeling of actually doing something.

True. But the real problem with office work is its soul destroying, theres no real sense of purpose or practical application. Theres no sense of being in the real world.

I like how those business men talk about a "hard meeting", try working in a foundry once you weak ass suits.
The screens don't actually flicker when you are in the office. It just looks like that in this video because the scan rate of the video camera is not in sync with that of the monitor.
