  • I've had optic neuritis for 8 months straight now on both eyes, i went completely blind out of one eye for over a month. was just diagnosed with MS a couple days ago and was told by my doctor i can't go to the gym anymore which has me freaking out.

  • Cute t-shirt! I have blurry vision in both eyes even though I've tested at 20/20. Get dizzy and run into things when I turn my head. My left pupil does not dilate as quickly as my right. So it's really hard to look at people's faces because the images don't line up. And pupils have to redilate every time you blink! TV is just another challenge as is reading. Rock on, Mindy!

  • Hi,

Search Google for this science abstract "UV radiation suppresses experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis independent of vitamin D production" you will learn quite a bit.

  • Hi,

You should take vitamin D based on your weight. Dr. James Doud suggests 20 iu of vitamin D per pound.

  • Hi,

Have you looked into the befefits of solar UV for MS? UV radiation does more than make vitamin D. They are finding MS sufferes do better with UVR in sensible daily doses.
