  • Yup, this guy knows his coffee! Finally!! I have watched four other videos previously and none of them actually knew they were doing!

Only suggestion I have would be to explain why you do certain things. For example - 2:49 "Knock your jug against the counter" Why? I mean I know why this is important but other aspiring Baristas may not so some explaination helps.

Also, your pour is perfect! That's a thumbs up from me. Great job!

  • That looks great. I have figured out the best way to make a latte at coffeeloverstipsandtricks (.) com

  • actually, it is wrong to be using a towel to wipe out the filter. the reason is you remove too many of the natural oils from the coffee beans, which protect the coffee from picking up a metallic taste from the filter. a clean (paintbrush) should be used to gently sweep away grinds.

training info from an intructor from Italy. (illy cofffee training)

  • i was taught that u can't leave the shots.... u do the milk then shots cause they go bad very quickly.....?

  • There's a lot of plastic on that machine. I prefer the 100% stainless steel look. Fiorenzato's are the daddy!
