Note how the key is to keep the boat upright by hiking hard, playing the mainsheet and here, due to the waves, moving the tiller quite a lot. Also note if you don't do this then you're likely to be rolled.
Have you pulled on the foot tensioner near the front of the sail? It's a small piece of string that you can pull in to stop the foot flapping. JUst pull it in enough to stop the sail flapping. Remember to release it when the wind is lighter.
Everytime im sailing in strong winds - the foot of my sail flaps when i've got my sheet in the right position. I've tried adjusting my kicker, outhaul and downhaul, but it just doesnt work. Got Any Tips?

Unfortunatly, my mast has just snapped D: So I will now have to wait until my new one arrives.
