This is Pebbles. He loves to get all the attention he can. He can be a little posesive but has an adorable personality. He belongs to himself. He was an unwanted pet origionally and was unhandleable. We aquired him from a rescue santuary at 2 and 1/2 years old. These days you can hold him once in a while he will hitch a ride on you like a cling-on as you walk by.

I want him!!!! He reminds me of Dante the way he acts! Give me about a month to get set up in my home and i'll make a trip out there to see him and take him home if i can. he likes other birds i'm hopeing, because i'm planning on adopting a few, i have the time and will have the money to spoil them rotten (lol, like dante and his yogert and soynut treats, he loved those) but really, give me bout a month and i'll go up there to see what angels like me.

I am an executive director of the Avian Welfare Coalition in Winnipeg Manitoba, so I don't know if we could do something between organizations.

We are in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I'm not sure if there would be any options that way or not. He's so beautiful and sweet. I can't believe he hasn't found a home yet.

Guess what? he still hasn't found a home. :-( Pebbles has been with me for almost 4 and a half years now :-( most people want the bigger birds. and the ones closest to the tame ones you can purchase in a store. :-(. He's VERY beautiful. More so in person, than on video even.

Are you looking for a new home for him? I have a meyers, I got her when she was 12 and she is such a blessing. Let me knoe if you need a hand finding him a new home.

Yes he is looking for a new home. The only way to adopt from our sanctuary is through our volunteer program. I am not sure where you live but everyone that has come to our program says its a wonderful experience. We are in NC

Hes doing fine. I posted a later video of him when he decided he likes foot toys. it's called BAD TO THE BONE! LOL and No... No one is coming to visit him yet. Cricket has a couple that is volunteering now and getting to know her. Thats the only one currently for consideration of adoption.
