Gorgeous singing and very good acting but I feel he is a little light for Riccardo/Anckerstrom IMHO. But I would go a long way to hear Vargas sing anything because he is such a fine musician and and singer.Thank you so much for uploading.

At 50 and 28+ years of opera, RV's singing is still a marvel and model of tonal refinement and beauty, elegance and style. Vienna audiences are so fortunate to have experienced this beautiful production with one of the truly greats in this role. Thanks so much for this post.
