455 squat, 335 bench 17 yr old 165 lbs. Nick will hit a legit 500 lb squat and 350 lb bench in the next few months......Not bad for someone who had ACL Surgery only 9 months ago.

yo, I'm about 11 months post op and I'm getting nervous in the gym, im doing 480 lb calf raises, 510 squats, and 210 on leg extensions(which ive been told is a big no-no) but no pain or anything, what do you think? should i go for less weight more reps or keep on like an animal?
