  • the thing that confuse me is which directions should i assume for the x and y components in a specific moment! and why is that the direction?

    Since you don't know the directions of the reactions you just guess on the direction. If you get a negative answer then that means your guess is wrong and the force (or moment) is in the opposite direction. Let me know if that doesn't answer your question.

    I just had to split the force into x and y
