I understand you injured ur knee and did not workout for 3 months but did u atleast eat clean for those months, sorry to be brutally honest but u have gained fat than ur first video. the key is nutrition first , exercise second and sleep third.

@Ashley02711 cardio, lifitng weights 5 times per week, balanced diet, lots of water and LOTS OF PATIENCE...u have to work out at least 6 months regularly to see results...in the first weeks/month are just the muscles which esssentially accumulate more blood due to the faster blood circulation...The key is the body mass which comes after 6-7 months..ofcourse you will notice than you will actually gain kg (muscle mass), but look slimmer...

@bow1ful I had to have 2 surgeries so I was unable to work out for a number of months, and not be able to workout cased me to gain about 8 pounds, which doesnt sound like alot but when you are shorter like me it looks like more than it is
