He asked for his badge number after he kicked the door open, at that point, I don't think you'll get much sympathy from the cops. They got what they deserved. If he didn't swing at the cop, run his mouth and actually moved the van when asked, this would not have happened, period.

Goto the ACLU Website and Download your rights as a citizen. The police cannot stop you from recording if you are not interfering in their business they have a nice yellow card you can get to present to them as well.

I'm not talking about JUST Philly. I watch CNN and the local news alot, and everytime one of the anchors talk about police, it was the police officer who did something stupid. I apologize if my comment sounded offensive.
