Ingredients
1. Sliced fresh ginger - 1 cup
2. Iodized salt to taste
3. Juice of one fresh lemon
Method
1. Cut the ginger into 1/8 inch thick pieces.
2. Add the ginger pieces to an air tight container
3. To this, add salt to taste and juice of one fresh lemon
4. Mix all the ingredients well
5. Cover the air tight container with lid
6. Ginger pickle is ready in 1 hour
7. Serve the ginger pickle with parathas
