It didnt. The camera wasn't recording spontaneously. I thought you'd be smart enough to know that... They paused recording and started again later, which at that point, the cryptid was probably running toward them. It looks like an unknown species of lizard, to me.....

At the very end I paused and saw the Cryptid up very close and its eyes and skin.. Its skin is just very wrinkled and its eyes are.. just plain scary..
