there's no way this guy is a trainer, zero control on his movements, no core stability (one of the very first concerns a trainer targets), won't even explain the science behind the idea of high rep/super setting/drop setting, or the advantages/disadvantages of hammer curls vs twisting girls vs supinated curls vs preacher vs spider, etc. 3 muscles consist of the anterior/ventral portion of the upper arm, and you're only targetting one, and you're doing it terribly
