Always loved the Horns in F

I don't know where the second version came from, but its hard to improve on John Williams, and needless to say, improving wasn't done here. Sounds like the tracks aren't even synced.

THE FIRST THESE IS MY FAVORITE! MAN THAT BRINGS ME BACK TO WHEN I WAS 4 OR 5 I LOVED THIS SHOW! THAT HAD TO BE 1973

That second version...
See, on the one hand, I was never able to master the musical instrument of my choice, so I'm no musician and am somewhat loathe to criticize where I can do no better.
On the other hand, there's nothing wrong with my ears- at least there wasn't until I heard that affront to my hearing.
I feel like someone just raped my ears.

@leuszler You are so right!

The second version sound like it came from a high school band.
this second version is a travesty... I watched this as a little child, and loved it(especially the robot!) and the catchy music certainly enhanced this experience for me. That " classical" reinterpretation doesn't fit the spirit of the show. I don't believe in "updating" classic songs and TV theme music... its just another attempt to make money off the good memories people of my age("baby boomers") have of their favorite shows from their youth. I say "thumbs down" on this...

@bronxborn1974 you're right I think the ratings were going down so they needed a more uptempo livelier theme song,but remember the show went from a serious sci fi to a silly slapstick sureal show with the robot and dr smith doing endless shtick!!!!
