Do you have any upgrades for the KSC G18C, because I was wondering if there should be some "manditory" upgrades to make this better.

Nope, it's stock. Some KSC Glocks come with a plastic slide, and if it does I would recommend buying a metal slide because propane/green gas is rough on plastic slides.

im thinking about getting a Glock 32C, any advice for which Glock would be the best, performance wise

The KSC Glock 19 is overall the best airsoft Glock you can get. I don't even know if anyone makes a 32C. If you want a Glock though, KSC/KWA make the best by far.
