@shandalalala LCD screen will not show live view. you need to use viewfinder to click the pic. you can use LCD screen to watch pics that were already clicked.
Thank you very much for explaining the fundimentals of the canon 350d. You have symbollickly have given me permission to use the scene settings whereas, before I would have classed them as cheating, so I'm looking forward to pt2 in the series... Thanks Again

@deepriverCT The view through the viewfinder isn't an LCD screen, it's the actual image you're trying to capture.

when you look through the eyepiece does it look like an lcd screen or like reallife?? please respond. sorry im new to picture cameras!
