Here is cheekybum, he loves to snuggle up in Chris` jacket sleeve. He can lie there for hours lol

@BlackRose641 We`ve had cheekybum now for about 5 yrs and at the time our rainbow lorikeet always said that too so i guess he really taught him not us lol. They just pick up things if you say them over and over

Hi i was wondering where you get your lorikeets from? i have a scaly breast called rocky and a rainbow called sophie, my rainbow talks her ears off but my scaly is quite shy although hes quite capable of chatting i just wish he could talk more openly..

Well our rainbow was given given to us 1st about 6 yrs ago, we bought cheekybum a few yrs later, he was about 2 yrs old we think, and our youngest scaley we bred and hand reared ourselves from our breeding pair of scaleys. Ours talk alot b/c our rainbow always talked and him and us just taught the others to talk, now they never shut up lol. They will talk if you talk to them alot, they need alot of attention though

Loved it! Bertie goes in at my neck and comes out the sleeve, but won't stay still like Cheekybum.

Yeah the scaleys really are great, they are so playful and love human contact. If you lived in Brisbane we could have bred and hand reared one for you :) xo
