A day after two nuclear power plants melted down partially, the govt has said that the cooling system of a third in the same Fukushima complex has also developed problems raising the possibility of more nuclear material being released into the atmosphere.

The problem was when the tsunami took out the backup generators. Then the cooling water was not circulated in the core. Get facts straight.
