They were secret moves you either had to figure out on your own or find out from another source. I read them in Tips N Tricks Magazine back in the 90's. Frida's was Up Down Up Circle to iniate it, ignoring what it said on screen, then it showed you what to press after that for her high score moves. Everyone had their own secret set.

The name of the song itself is "Bust a Groove". It's the main theme song of the game and Kitty-N's theme, thus it has the same name as the games title.
