Jack and Kate met eachother at the island and got married out of that. But J. discovered he was very sick, and wonders who could be there to take care of K. and their son. Whe he decides to tell her about the disease, he says that he doesn't want to live on treatment, and they fight. But soon they make up, then J. gets in coma, and K. imagine he there with her, Untill she recives a man saying that the best thing to do is shut off the machine thet is keeping Jack alive. K. get courage and does it, and then she regret herself,and tries to move on with her life knowing that J. is with her all the times.
