Check out my new video and rap I laid down for this jammin' new program called The A Game. The training was cool and made me rethink my job and my career. I felt it was time to send out the message to my peeps that if you work hard and play by the rules, you're future is unlimited.

  • Zeospantera must be unemployed! LOL

  • @jonathankdhowell, thanks for sharing! The A Game doesn't really look at it as authority either. Our word is Acceptance. Guidance is a great word too, but it doesn't start with an 'A.' Having each of our words start with an 'A' makes things memorable and gives us a shared vocabulary that helps employers and employees avoid semantic confusion. Check out theAgame.com!

  • @ Tinescath, very true! If we lived in a perfect world then we wouldn't need authority. I really don't look at it as authority but guidance. Great Video and I plan on sharing with everyone I know.

  • ZEOSPantera: First off, I suggest you check out TheAGame.com. Second, you don't have to accept their authority. You also don't have to have a job. 1984 seems like a slight exaggeration when you consider that we all accept a certain amount of authority every time we walk down the street or cross an intersection. The workplace should be no different.

  • Follow their terms and accept their authority?

1984 much?? I would immediately quit any workplace that showed this to me. Treat everyone as an adult that doesn't need urban street rap motivation. What is this world coming to?

  • Terrific positive RAP. Great balance. Great video!

  • Fabulous, Eric!

  • This is fantastic! What a wonderful idea for businesses who market to the younger generation. This format grabs attention and teaches a necessary message!

  • Brilliant, Eric. Absolutely brilliant. Bravo!

  • Great video! Keep up the good work!
