@ambiguousheather Glad you liked it. As I remember it was a very enjoyable climb. The guide book says grade AD- which is not for beginners. I think the Oberer Grindelwald glacier follows the general trend of retreating. Sad indeed. And the time for climbing high mountains is over for me. Also sad. I really enjoyed that :) I was staying at the bottom of the wetterhorn in grindlewald last week, looks like an epic climb! Wat grade is the normal route? Also the glacial retreat on (it's) left side is massive. Was it much bigger back then? Do u still climb?
