@slbsinghal Don't waste a lot of time doing direct ab exercises. With total body metabolic resistance training workouts and a clean diet, it's not necessary to spend a bunch of time doing ab work. Do this 5 min plank series a couple of times per week along with the resistance training & healthy lifestyle and you'll be on your way! Thanks for watching!
