Satori is an immersive virtual world created by the Italian artist Mario Canali in 1993, comprised of over ten "spaces" interconnected by portals. From the main space it is possible to reach a second level of spaces by passing through some clearly marked portals. There is also a third level that can be reached through hidden portals.
If two stations are connected, the virtual world can be visited by two people at the same time. They will be able to see each other and talk to each other through microphones.
The virtual world of Satori has no enemies to destroy, no high score to achieve, no goal except to explore the spaces and interact with the objects contained.
