http://www.bullstrength.com - Renegade rows are a quality push/pull exercise combo that will light up your upper body. The progression should be from light hex heads up to heavy round DBs, as they are more unstable and will require more muscle activation to control. As with everything, start light, work on the form, then add the weight.
