  • @america1st76 obvisously a right wing Christian opinion, and you dont know what what your talking about.

  • online poker is a offshore, unregulated enity...If you send your money off to that..Well I guess theres a sucker born every minute.Instead of empowering a billion dollar ripoff.Try to get live poker legal...We have let these people hijack real poker..Barney Frank is corrupt..He had a gay prostituion ring run from his home in DC for christs sake.

Poker is gambling anyone who says it is a game of skill is a lier.

  • Frank is obv on the take. Pokerstars is run by zionists. They control the cards. They're all swindlers.

  • I don't get it. What's your point, and what's wrong with paganism?

  • A sport it may not be, however it is not illegal and it should not be.

Poker, whether played online, in home or at a casino should be allowed, period.

It is up to the consumer, just as on any other website, to do their own due diligence.

I play on Poker Stars and others, none of them, I repeat none of them have I paid one red cent to. I have however made money and been paid. Forget the hype and the rhetoric, allow us to continue to play...

  • Remember that games of chance crossing lines of latitude and longitude by the fraction of each second around the world are a very very bad idea. Poker is a form of paganism.

    Peace

  • In addition, it can be argued that online poker is not true poker. On top of the in-house fraud, the industry has widespread player collusion and player note trading among thieves. There are numerous tracking and statistical add-on software that a new player arriving from an advertisement on TV is most likely unaware of. The fields are not fair and balanced because of this.

Online sports and horse racing wagering sites are not included in this argument. 1

  • There are many other groups who are in cahoots to protect their interest. Online gambling is a multi-billion dollar industry. Illegal money laundering is another issue with the industry that makes it a no win. In-house fraud by numerous poker sites has already been uncovered and reported on by news agencies such as ABC. These websites remain open and without true regulation. The industry is not capable of true regulation.

  • not but I was just saying that this is one of the things that is just like poker in a sense of using money online! I am sure you said that comment just being a smart ass but I will just take it as you were being for real! look at mr. Skin people sign up for that all the time he is on my local radio all the time talking about how huge is site is now! So yea allot of people do obviously!!

  • There are many people who are in cahoots. These groups include Pokerstars, Fulltiltpoker, Harrah's, NBC, and ESPN. We know this because poker is not a sport and is being glorified to look like one. We must also include those involved in each sites rng programming and control. No advertisements should be shown on TV. Online poker and gambling websites are bad for the real dealers, players, and investment bankers.
