@pinchediablazo Actually Mexico was forged by Indigenous people. You seem to forget the many thousands years of history Mexico had before colonial arrival. Attempts at "Independence" has been a perpetual effort since Cortez landed, the "first attempt" you speak of was just a highlight of a new chapter in colonial resistance. Genetic studies have flaws and dynamics to them, to simply declare absolute facts by a study that is biased academically and contextually is a disservice.
