How do you get away from Fluoride when it's in everything you drink or eat?

You'll have to get access to water you know doesn't have it in it.. you can make your own non fluoridated tooth paste or even buy it at a health food store... do not take anti-depressants... just by doing these things can make you feel a whole lot better. There is no way to tell if the veggies at the supermarket is sprayed with it or not..

well tea leaves absorb most (if not all) of the fluoride. In Europe the majority there know about fluoride and have banned it but they love their tea... makes you wonder about that..

@JosephSelena2006 Ive read that a very small quarter teaspoon of BORAX in a litre of water a few times a week decalcifies the pineal gland, and using SOAP instead of toothpaste, and iodine gets rid of it out of the body,along with getting rid of a few other poisons (I use kelp, a natural source of iodine),

@Sophisima well i agree with you, except that all this negativity is extant because people don't take personal responsibility. you could say its the spiritual equivalent of "you get what you deserve" or "you reap what you sow." so in this regard, people are always responsible for making themselves fat, dumb, etc, even if doesn't seem like it. no outside force can/will come in to save them. except to give hints. otherwise the cosmic beings watching earth would have interfered long ago

They dont need fluoride anymore they are using another more subtile way and it is more efficient.That is why the are slowly stop adding fluoride to water.
