Have a few drinks or tokes and crank this up because this concert was one of Black Sabbath's best live performances ever recorded and i was there. Ozzy was on top of his game this night and so was rest of the band. Tony's playing was incredible.Cheers!
I created this video with the YouTube Video Editor (http://www.youtube.com/editor)
This was my first concert and i was only 18 years old. Been a Black Sabbath fan since i was 14 years old when i bought the Master Of Reality lp in1971 so i had to be at this concert and it was fantastic. Black Sabath were the Kings of Modern Heavy Metal and i sat too close to the stage. My head hurt for two day but it was well worth it.

  • @MattBodossian I plead the fifth. A fifth of cognac. lol Was i high? let's see,the whole place was covered in a cloud of smoke so i was feeeling no pain till the next day when my head hurt from how loud they played.

  • @VintageBlackSabbath damn wish it was still like that today where people could get away with that much marijuana usage at a concert

  • @MattBodossian To quote Jerry Garcia "There was a moment in time when everything was allowed". But that was the 60's. In the 70's smoking was so accepted. Just like drinking a beer.

  • Few bands have had the impact on music that Black Sabbath have. They created Heavy Metal, and gave the world a platform of expression unequaled in it's diversity. Sabbath is a band that has affected so many artists, that the true scope of their influence will never fully be known. thanks for sharing.

  • This is sweet they don't make music like this anymore

  • Great job dude! Nice Concert and information!

  • I NEVER get tired of listening to Black Sabbath!

  • such a mint concert

  • Amazing video. Iommi's guitar sound is a little different. I know that in the early '80s, he was using solid-state amps. Is that the case here? This concert has a more refined feel to it than other concerts by Sabbath. Amazingly good.

However, I *don't* look forwards to seeing them getting back together. I think that this is a marketing strategy by Sharon Inc.

  • this is just so good, and a reunion in 2012 is just fantastic, new sabbath album and tour. Delightful!
