The MNGRR has undergone major changes regarding changes in leadership and restructuring. Furthermore, the museum suffered a fire that destroyed a number of tools and damaged #7. We need your support to keep steam alive! There are very few active steamers left in New England in 2010 (6 that I can think of). Visit mngrr.org and buy a membership and/or donate to the #7 fund today!

Please watch the videos of the W, W, & F Ry museum in Alna Maine, all you have to do it type in Wiscasset Narrow Gauge, or WW&F, and the videos should pop up. I have cab ride videos of the W, W, & F, and I am the firemen. We have a car that is on rent to us from Maine Narrow Gauge, another car is on lease for 10 years, and the W, W, & F has just bought an original B&SR tank, and will soon be restored to it's authentic apperance in B&SR lettering on the car, and SOCONY lettering on the tank.

Very cool video. :D
Yes, it was my first visit (attended National Narrow Gauge Convention). Having seen much of the equipment at Edaville from the early 60s on, I was appalled by the condition of the stuff now. The WW&F folks seem to be much better off.
