What an awesome Dojo! You should get Professor Mattera and Shihan Taylor to come by and see it ... or maybe they already have. Very impressed! If I had a place like that to train, I could get rid of my 24 hour fitness compliment and just work out at the Dojo 2-3 hours a day!
