  • Ok all you haters can knock it off because he said it was his opinion and he has a right to it and you can differ, I like Thunderball and You Know My Name best, but you haters who do this all day can go get yourself something good and give this guy a break

  • I do love the opening credit animation to Casino Royale, that stood out to me when I saw the film...

  • Nobody Does it Better is a great song, but I still think Goldfinger should have been number 1.

  • You put "You Know My Name" at number five, but you put "Another Way to Die" dead last???

    Well that's...very arbitrary. O_o

  • Wow. Just before searching youtube for a list of best Bond films I was thinking that Quantom of Solace was my worst and Spy who loved me was my favorite as well. You really nailed it. The only thing I would change is that Goldeneye would be a little higher on my list and Casino Royale wouldve been my number 3. Great video.

  • Thanks for the commentary! Of course many people will have slightly different views but hey it's your opinion and it's good to watch any commentary that is well informed, descriptive and by a good James Bond film. Thanks!

  • "Who would've thought Paul McCartney could make a good bond song?". WTF? It's freaking Paul MacCartney. "Nobody does it better " is indeed a great song, no one would argue with that (it's also a great movie with one of the best Bond girls), it's my second favorite after "Live and Let Die". Why do you say this is your professional opinion (what's your job)?

  • ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH YOUR CHOICES

  • His top 5 was better but a View to a kill not being 1 or 2 huge mistake! Goldfinger should be the other option for top spot.

  • You Only Live Twice and Goldfinger are my top 2.

Wasn't John Barry awesome? RIP, John. You were one of the best and your music will live on long after people forget who composed it.

  • Totally agree with #1! Great ranking

  • Overall, the list is somewhat balanced than most other personal 007 lists I could find. Agree with the top 3 on your list but not so much with the order ( but again, it is your list not mine ). I'd put Goldfinger by Shirley Bassey on top of the list and that is the quintessential 007 theme song IMO. Toss up between Paul McCartney and Carly Simon and they can be #2 and #3 either way and both are terrific 007 theme songs. Probably Carly Simon at #2 just because its from a better 007 flick.
