@bubba1968 For shoulders, front and side raise, rear delt raise with dumbbells and cables, shrugs, incline press, behind the neck press, arnold presses, lateral raises

@JRBonaparte Shoulders once a week, I a different muscle group every day, I usually lift 5-6 days a week for weight training.
