Shoulder overhead press with 45 lb. dumbbells completed for 10 reps, then another set with 30 lbs. for 14 reps.

  • @bubba1968 For shoulders, front and side raise, rear delt raise with dumbbells and cables, shrugs, incline press, behind the neck press, arnold presses, lateral raises

  • Ah-mazing arms! You make it look so easy! How many days a week do you do shoulder presses?

  • @JRBonaparte Shoulders once a week, I a different muscle group every day, I usually lift 5-6 days a week for weight training.

  • @JRBonaparte Shoulders are once a week, and I alternate muscle groups every day, except for abs, which I do about 4-5 times a week.
