If You Could Read My Mind was performed by Gordon Lightfoot on his self-titled acoustic classic released in 1970. This is a great song to practice and develop your finger picking chops. If You Could Read My Mind is an intermediate-level, medium-tempo song that can be played with a capoed electric or acoustic guitar in standard tuning. It features a complex melodic finger picked rhythm section; iVideosongs instructor Rob Schumann shows you how to play this part using advanced chord voicings and phrasings. This is a sample of a 46 minute video available for download at iVideosongs.com.

At first you think this doesnt teach you anything, but it really is that easy, give it a go! Youll be sounding like Gordon in the time it took you to read this comment.

I've bought one or two of their videos so far, and they're very comprehensive. They show all of the parts, and explain what is going on, musically speaking.
