The Orange Blossom Special

One of my favorite Marx trains is the Seaboard Air Lines diesel. I have two and both started as clockwork and I converted them to electric motors. I've collect a couple of Seaboard pullmans and made a couple of other pullman cars using Faux Wraps. I've been thinking about the song, The Orange Blossom Special and wanted to make a quick video for my friends in the Marx trains group!

Pete, The Seaboard Air Lines sets are some of my favorites! I wish Faux Wraps was still in business too! I missed a good opportunity and would buy everything they make now. I saw Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash at our local county fair just before June and Johnny passed away.  Thanks again for the comments!

Yes, Marx has to be commended for recognizing such a beautiful livery! Lionel, Flyer, & the HO manufacturers missed a good one. Wonderful train you have there Elvisslo! It is too bad Faux Wraps is no longer in business; their reproduction sides could bring new glory to battered Marx rolling stock! From what I understand, Johnny Cash is somewhat of a train buff.

Gotta love Johnny Cash's Orange Blossom Special! Great song.

The Seaboard Lines sets do look nice, with their bright yellow and green. You have some nice pieces in your collection.

.. and I like the art on the walls.
