Well, the sun's temperature at the photosphere is estimated to be about 6000 degrees. That's a large enough gap from the 9000 degree limit. Yet you still take damage. I call bull.

The Solar level always pissed me off. He's getting hit by molten.... well, sun. On top of that, they're burning alive from being too close. You'd think they could move up like.... two feet? They're in flying ships in space, for crying out loud! IT'S SPACE! THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM TO AVOID SOLAR FLARES!!! GAH!!! *rage quits*
